Apparently not a business trip with all that water.
Strategically planned day before the business.
Never waste good water. :)
Never. Even when it's only ankle deep in most places.
Sign of a professional always having T-rod at the ready. Nice looking river and that meal looks very tasty.
That's the beauty of those rods. Can take them pretty much anywhere to sneak in a little time fishing.
Is that your car? I love it.
It's not. It was just a rental. It was kinda fun to drive though. Not much room inside for anyone who wants to sit in the back seat, but if it was just for me...
Okay, I hate to admit it but I just love the water there. (The car, not so much.)
The car is definitely an acquired taste.Think you'll be up to wet a line come September? I'm headed out to Colorado again - I'll get another cool rental car while I'm there.
September is getting pretty full. I've got a friend coming out from Oregon and I'm going to Ohio. Let me know when!
Good to see that you found your favorite things back home away from home again. Greasy hamburgers... mmmmm
The greasier the better.
The look of melted cheese around a beef patty will always catch my eye. Enjoyed the photographs. That water looks fantastic for Tenkara or a 0 - 3 wt rod.
That water is perfect for both. Pre-tenkara, the 3-weight was my weapon of choice.
