I've been to and like the sale, but to be honest, it's a mixed bag. There are some legitimate good buys to be had, but then again there's a TON of stuff that you really can tell why they are trying to get rid of it. The big draw (besides the clothing) are some fairly good deals on previous season's fly rods. I've gone the last two years with various degrees of success.
One tip, they do take additional markdowns for the last day, so if you're not too picky or are just going to browse, go on Sunday.
