Walmart Brings Us Fishing Humor

No, not courtesy of "People of Walmart"...

...but via a commercial they're running right now.  I'll be honest, had to chuckle at this one...even though in real life, I'd be the one inside the tent.

  1. Here did you get that picture of me getting my nap! Long day of fishing sure wears a man down.

  2. I kind of despise walmart (even though I shop there) but that was pretty good.

I wonder if the guy on the bench is from Alabama or Mississippi. Alabama is number 1 in the nation for obese baby boomer individuals. Mississippi is number 1 for the most obese individuals in the nation followed by Alabama. This is not a statistic we are proud of here in Alabama. As for the camping trip, it brings memories of our camping trips when our kids were young. Thanks for sharing.

  5. Wow, that is actually amusing in a slapstick kind of way. I wouldn't expect that from Wally World, hopefully a hint of things to come.

  10. I just saw this commercial last night and was quite surprised by it myself. I have a love/hate relationship with Wal-mart like most people. I hate it, but since they've put most of the competition and "mom & pops" out of business sometimes you don't have much choice.

  11. Love it! I've been on the other end of an airhorn wake up and it's a lot like the reaction the kids had!

  14. HAHA Gotta love Wal-Mart greeters, that one is slacking off. We had to wake up a few people like that the morning of the Elk Hunt last year... Always have an airhorn on hand!
